Ibiza Museums
There are two Museums on the
Ibiza Island which are both well worth to visit:
Archaeology Museum Ibiza (Museo Arqueologic)
Very easily found in the small town of Dalt Vila next to the Cathedral. Free to get into the Museum used to be Ibiza's government headquarters for 300 years. It now has a major prehistoric collection of artefacts dating back to the Romans, Carthaginians, and Moors. From Monday to Friday it opens at 10:00-13:00 then 16:00-18:00, and on the weekend 10:00-14:00.

Contemporary Art Museum (Museo de Arte Contempor?neo MAC)
The Contemporary Art Museum is free to get into, and in the small town of Dalt Vila. Established in 1963 back then it was part of the Biennial International Art Show. Nowadays it hold regular Art Exhibitions, and pieces of art by local and international Artists. From Monday to Friday it opens 10:00-13:30 then 16:00-18:00, and on the weekend 10:00-13:00.
