Ibiza Shopping
Shopping on Ibiza
Ibiza Island has a wide range of
shops, and markets:
Opening Times - As a rule shops open from 9am-9pm, close for siesta between 2pm-5pm, 7 days a week. Mostly are located within the popular tourist resort areas, near beaches, harbors, and historical sights. However some of the beach front shops much later into the evening. Smaller towns and villages are not as likely to be open 7 days a week, or late at night.
What do they sell? - There are a good number of shops that sell souvenirs and trinkets. There are also a couple of shopping centers, and many shops selling beach attire including; sun factor, towels, rubber rings, and umbrellas etc. The Spanish food is very good, and
Ibiza has a lot of food shops worth a visit for a snack for lunch on the beach or something to take home with you. The Spanish hot chocolate is divine, the water melon is a great snack for the beach (or in Vodka), and the Chorizo sausage is tasty in a sandwich.
