Cala Tarida
Cala Tarida - Ibiza
Situated on the south west side of
Ibiza island on the coast,
Cala Tarida is a small resort consisting of a beach with a couple of a couple of restaurants and hotels. Very close to
San Antonio you can really have the best of both world by residing in Cala Tarida on your annual
holiday.
The beach in Cala Tarida is surrounded by hills which are covered in pine trees which smell fabulous, and shelter you from the wind. This is a long, wide beach with fine white sand, and clear waters. With pedaloes for rent, a scuba diving school, and volleyball net on this
beach there is plenty to do, and unsurprisingly popular with the families. You can get here by ferry, bus or car just follow the signs from
San Jose or San Antonio.

Just the next
resort along the coast is San Antonio, which is most famous for its nightlife. The
nightclub capitol of Ibiza and some would say the world! With bars such as
Cafe Del Mar Ibiza on San Antonio beach and clubs such as
Manumission just outside of San Antonio. Then of course surrounding the picturesque harbour are the famous superclubs such as Es Paradis, Eden, and El Divino. The
Bars are mostly located in the West End which is also known as the Sunset Strip. The majority of the bars are free to get into, and the drinks are cheaper than in the night clubs, however they still have fab music and a high standard of guest and local DJ's.
Just a few miles away
in San Antonio there are many options for the adrenaline sports junkies such as
Parascending,
Bungee Jumping, and Go Karting. For a relaxing day you could go to the
health spa,
yoga center, or
Horse Riding.
