Cala Gracio - Ibiza Information
Cala Gracio
Situated on the south west side of
Ibiza island Cala Gracio is a popular resort for families, or for people wanting to be close to San Antonio (1km away). There are an array of good
restaurants, and bars that are children friendly. Plus much of the
Ibiza's sightseeing is just a stones throw away.
The beach in Cala Gracio is tranquil with golden sand, and a calm shallow waters. Perfect for families with young children, it can sometimes be quite busy because of this. There are pedaloes to rent, plus umbrellas and sunbeds.
Close to the world famous nightlife
San Antonio you can truly have the best of both worlds in the resort of
Cala Gracio. With
bars such as
Cafe Del Mar and
clubs such as
Manumission just down the road, you could relax on the beach by day and go
clubbing in the evenings.
In San Antonio there are many options for the adrenaline sports lovers including
Parascending,
Bungee Jumping, Go Karting, and
Horse Riding.
Both the
Roca Llisa and the Ibiza Golf Club are close to
Cala Gracio. The Ibiza Golf Club is a 18 hole par 72, and the Roca Llisa Golf Club is a 9 hole course with a driving range.
The Punta Arabi Hippy Market is nearby; held every Wednesday from 10am-7pm there is a great variety of produce on sale here from clothes, to hand made to measure leather moccasins, ornaments, and jewellery.
Both of the two water parks in
Ibiza are close to Cala Gracio; Agualandia Water Park in Talamanca. The larger water park is located by the night club Space in
Playa den Bossa and is called Aguamar Water Park.
