The chairman of the Government, Francesc Antich, admitted yesterday in Berlin that the spending power of tourists visiting the Balearic Islands will be seriously undermined by the crisis but insisted that we must work to ensure that at least will maintain the Visitor arrival figures at similar levels to last year. Regarding the request of tour operators to hoteliers offer more seats for 'all inclusive', Antich noted that the percentage of hotels that offer this type in the Balearics' is low and will remain so
