Open since 1967, this was always a bar with a "marine flavour, the boats would berth right in front and on the untarmacked terrace the fisherman repaired their fishing gear while exchanging news and drinks. Before the things they ordered to drink were a little different (the former owner comments), the life of the sea is tough, as are the men of the sea. "20 years ago to get asked for a glass of gin or cognac at 6 in the morning before weighing anchor; it helps warm the body."
